AI with Luciaa Brightwaters AI guide
free · the PLAN template

The one-page AI plan.

A list of AI tools isn't a plan. I think a real one fits on one page, in 5 parts. Your goals, which tools to keep, change or stop, who owns each new idea, how you'll decide, and where to start.

Free. Just your first name and email, and it opens straight away.

The plan · 5 parts

01

The goals you already have

Start with what you're already trying to do this year.

02

Sort every AI tool into continue, change or stop

Every tool anyone uses, including AI inside software you already pay for.

03

Before you try something new, give it an owner and a goal

So every trial has one person in charge and a result to measure.

04

Write your go/no-go before the trial starts

So nobody moves the goalposts once the results are in.

05

Go after the likely wins first

Helps you pick which idea to start with.

Before you roll it out

06
check

Before it goes to the whole team

Five boxes to tick before a trial goes to everyone.

07
test

The one-line test

One line that tells you if it's a plan yet.

who it's for

For business owners who use AI.

You've got a few AI tools on the go

and nobody's sure which ones are worth keeping.

Your team's trying AI in different ways

and you'd like one page everyone fills in together.

You've got a new AI idea

and want to know who owns it and how you'll judge it.

A trial has gone well

and you're wondering if it's ready for the whole team.

why I made this

Why one page.

I think a real AI plan fits on one page. So I made a template in 5 parts, from your goals through to where to start.

Every part checks one line: get [X] from [A] to [B] by [date]. If you can't write that line, it's not a plan yet.

You can fill it in on screen and it saves as you type, or download the PDF and do it with a pen.

quick questions

Before you grab it.

Who should fill it in?

Do it with your team. They know which tools people are actually using.

What happens when I sign up?

The full template opens on this page straight away. All 5 parts, the roll-out check and the PDF. It stays open on the same phone or laptop when you come back.

Is it really free?

Yes. Your first name and email, and the template opens. No card, nothing to buy.

Where do my answers go?

Nowhere. They save in this browser only, and nothing you type is sent anywhere. You can clear them any time.

How often should I come back to it?

Come back to part 2 every few months. New AI turns up inside the software you already pay for all the time.
