What does an AI consultant actually do?

We come into your business, learn how it runs, and identify where AI can save you time or make you money. Then we either build the system for you, or teach you and your team how to do it yourselves. That could be a voice agent that answers your phone, an automation that handles your admin, or a workshop that gets your team thinking AI-first. Our goal is to make your business smarter, not to make you dependent on us.

How much does it cost?

A strategy session and roadmap starts at $500. Custom AI builds (voice agents, chatbots, automations) start from $1,500 depending on complexity. We always scope and quote before starting, and the initial strategy call is free. No surprises.

I'm not technical. Will I understand what you're building?

Yes. We explain everything in plain English. You don't need to understand the technology to use it. Our job is to build something that works for your business and hand it over in a way that makes sense. If you can use a phone and send an email, you can use what we build.

How long does a project take?

Most projects go from first call to live system in 2 to 6 weeks. A simple voice agent or chatbot can be live in under 2 weeks. A full custom platform takes longer. We move fast because we use AI in our own build process, which means you get more for less.

Do you only work with businesses in Sydney?

We're based in Sydney but we work with businesses across Australia. Everything we do can be delivered remotely. If you're in Sydney we're happy to meet in person, but it's not required.

Can you train my team instead of building for us?

Yes. We run hands-on AI workshops where we sit down with your team and shift how they think about work. The goal is to get everyone thinking AI-first, so they spot automation opportunities themselves and save time every day. We can work with your whole team or just the founders. Some clients want us to build everything. Others want to learn how to do it themselves. We do both.

What if I don't know where to start with AI?

That's exactly what the free strategy call is for. Most of our clients start there. We'll ask about your business, where your time goes, and what frustrates you. Then we'll tell you the 2 or 3 highest-impact places AI could help. No commitment, no jargon.
